python-feedvalidator software package provides library and tool for validating syndication feeds, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-feedvalidator
python-feedvalidator is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-feedvalidator package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-feedvalidator *
You will get with python-feedvalidator package name, version, architecture and description in a table
